This is my Aunt Marilyn's recipe (introduced to me by my sister Amy) and it is delicious, fast, and easy. Great for any pizza!
Pizza Dough
1 T. yeast
1 1/4 c. lukewarm water
2 T. sugar
2 T. oil
2 tsp. salt
3 c. flour (give or take)
Dissolve yeast in water. Let sit 5 minutes. Add salt, sugar, and oil. Add flour gradually and mix until it forms a soft dough. Let rise 20 minutes. Roll out with cornmeal and top with desired toppings. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
For baking: I don't have a stone, so I use a pizza pan and after about 10-15 minutes, I slide the pizza off the pan straight onto the oven rack so it gets a little crispier. Just a little tip.
