Pizza Dough

This is my Aunt Marilyn's recipe (introduced to me by my sister Amy) and it is delicious, fast, and easy. Great for any pizza!

Makes enough for one large pizza.

Pizza Dough

1 T. yeast
1 1/4 c. lukewarm water
2 T. sugar
2 T. oil
2 tsp. salt
3 c. flour (give or take)

Preheat oven to 500 degrees. (If using a stone, preheat stone also).  Dissolve yeast in water. Let sit 5 minutes. Add salt, sugar, and oil. Add flour gradually and mix until it forms a soft dough. Let rise 20 minutes. Roll out with cornmeal and top with desired toppings. Bake for 10 minutes, or until crust begins to brown and cheese is bubbly.
